The software is easy to download and install, and the program guides you through the process of preparing my taxes. I was able to prepare both my Federal and State Tax returns, review my work for potential errors and problems, and e-file my returns in an hour. The IRS had accepted my return less than an hour after I filed, and the State was accepted later that day.

I had a problem develop in the program where the software insisted that I should have a penalty for failing to withdraw the RMD from my IRA. I ended up deleting the document and starting over and eventually got to complete the return correctly.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
