The reason for four stars and not five is this. This software covers ALL the options and when you have a very simple 1040 form, it consumes wasted time covering options that do not apply to a very simple 1040 form. I believe that would be the same for all the other software tax programs too. So the product is good.

Have been using this software in preparing my tax for several years. Ease of use and data importing options are very good. Have not had any problems with the returns and IRS issues.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
