I wish that the software would automatically show the Form 1040 after each section of the interview process instead of just showing the amount of payment/ refund. That would give me more confidence in its correctness.

The software makes doing the taxes easy but we've had a problem downloading the state program every year. II's frustrating to have to do this when it's included with the Deluxe + State.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Been using for years. Very happy with ease to use and results. Only suggestion is to offer software with 1 federal and 1 state e-file included in purchase rather than 5 fed e-files and no state.
