Still lacking key capabilities / no improvements

Been using this product for years and have not seen improvements to import common financial forms from more institutions. Hard to tell if this is a product or institution issue. All I know is had to type in financial firm address on 6 different 1099-R forms from Fidelity workplace benefits. And then when trying to e-file, came back with multiple issues that were not flagged during program's audit. And every time there is program update, requires a reboot of my computer to complete the update.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Software is Easy to Use

I have been using this Deluxe + State software for many years and am highly satisfied with the step by step process that goes through all the requirements for producing my tax return. I always feel confident that nothing gets left out, and the audit process is also very reassuring so I know that everything has been checked. I also appreciate the painless e-filing process going straight to the IRS and the very prompt response I get when the IRS has accepted the return.
