Good - Data from previous year was remembered and imported into current year. Easy process to enter new data.
Bad - I was charged for state e-file, then it made me update the software. After resuming, I had to repeat the state e-file and was charged again. Still waiting to see if one charge will be reversed.

Very straight forward and easy to understand. I was able to complete our basic tax return in a short period of time. I am retired.
I would suggest that a short version of my return that can be used during the next tax year to estimate taxes, I need to keep track of my RMD, my AGI, how much to tax for IRA distributions etc. most important if I am over certain income levels I pay more for Medicare.
