I've been using H&R Tax software for a number of years now and have always found it to offer tremendous value for the price. It is easy to use, produces reliable results and is backed by H&R Block should I ever have a problem (which I haven't).

didn't let me make choices on Utah state filing!

My Utah state software portion did not ask whether I wanted to file joint or separate, nor did it tell me how I filed. It also did not ask whether I wanted to itemize deductions or use the UT standard deduction--and it did not tell me which method was chosen. You left me filing blind!!

I bought a new computer and can NOT move my 2023 tax files from my old computer to the new computer. I have used H&R Block for over 10 years and love the way it imports all the needed data from the previous year. Tried to sign in to my account and have completed the various security requirements to the point of being asked to send a picture of my drivers license and I gave up. Other than that your product works great. Please e-mail me with directions how to move my tax files to new computer.
