I have used H&R Block software for over 10 years to complete my income tax return and I have always found it to be simple to use; comprehensive in nature; accurate in the recording of data and always providing the maximum return.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
