i did not like your software and will never use it again cause for the first time ever i had to pay taxes rather then get a great refund so i think your software messed up

Good program but lacking details in explaining some things. I still had to search the internet to find out things not explained in the program. Got with the state module but when I filed it wouldn't file the state return because of some types of income but professionals tell me they could file electronic returns even with that type of income.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Ever since working for them in 2008 hrblock has been my go to for taxes. They make it easy to do yourself and they stand behind their accuracy. I have never had a problem using hrblock.
