The product did not inform me about the importance of the IRS pin and how to retrieve it. This caused my return to be rejected multiple times before I used goggle search to figure out what was happening.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not difficult to use but not the most user friendly. Attempting to efile state taxes are a headache. This will be my second attempt for the state. I don’t have much confidence it’ll send or be accepted this time either. Software gives vague warnings and even after you review, they don’t go away. It’s much easier to do online versus the software. Plus you have to upload for CRPs in a pdf. The software is like going back in time to the mid-late 80s when I was using dos software and the original Oregon trails on floppies.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
