My son was sent info for hrb and i used it and paid for it. When he went to use it(as one of the 5) he couldn't use the code so he is going to have to pay again. Where did the others go?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

No troubles downloading and using: all self-explanatory and because we will receive a substantial refund: very please. We received the IRS acceptance in just a few minutes. I can’t wait until next year’s taxes especially now that we have a president with a functioning brain! 😂
