This software is great for individuals. I have used for three years now and had no problems, very simple.
However, I just realized that I did not get the $15 offer discount that was in the email sent to me which is frustrating. That is why I only gave it three stars.

This is my second year using H & R Block Tax software and I find it very easy to use. It's easy to navigate if you know what input applies to your return but you can also go through each interview screen to see if there's anything you missed. I highly recommend it.

I have used this software for several years and I find it to be very user friendly. I was in the process of using it when my Windows 10 stopped seeing the internet due to a Fiber Optics upgrade. The upgrade was not at fault since my newer Windows 11 computer negotiated the internet flawlessly. I had no choice but to migrate the H&R block program to the other (Windows 11) machine. I figured it wouldn't allow me to do that without repurchasing and starting over, but it let me install on the other machine and copy the data files from the Windows 10 machine. After I e-filed my return I received an IRS acceptance within 5 minutes. Strangley my wife has had no problems on her Windows 10 machine following the Fiber Optics upgrade.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
