Hard to install

The H&R Block Deluxe + State CD was very hard to install, it took over 4 hours of trying, it finally loaded, and customer service never answers when you need help.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product was as good as its always has been in the past. I don't have to worry about my math. The question are easy to understand which makes it easier for me to get it done properly and save me time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love it, it was so easy to use. Instructions were easy to follow. Would use this again.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming

Works OK, but MANY frustrations

Appears to work OK. E-filed Fed and State OK. BUT...
It obnoxiously prompts to up-sell and profit gouge at every opportunity.
Display will not adapt to Windows 10 Recommended screen resolution. Have to constantly switch back and forth when opening product.
Most screens will NOT allow COPY (CTL-C) function. Extremely frustrating.
I've used tax prep software every year since available under DOS. This is my worst experience.

I have used this in the past, but this year - the return that was printed had omissions in completing state forms. I had to re-do and complete the forms that were left un-filled and it changed my tax liability...... A big problem!!!
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TWO ISSUES: use of legal or accounting terms, example what was my tax liability. What does liability mean. 2 clocks later it said form XYZ, line ##. Item 2 data verification, I got stuck in an endless loop at that point due to ca tax penalty.

Poorly documentation

This software was so poorly documented that it took three days to figure out exactly what information it was seeking for each question
