have used this software for several years now, and have been very satisfied with it. This year it probably took me a half hour to do my taxes, I electronically filed on the first day, and I got my refund on the first day, Jan 27th. The IRS accepted within 2 hours and I got my refund the following Saturday. Great program

I use H &R Block every year. It is very easy to use. However, this year I needed help and had questions about some of the boxes I needed to fill in. I was unable to get in touch with a human. Every Help tab I clicked I either got a Bot or a weak explanation. I could not get in touch with a human and could not get my answers.

Been using for years but this year I wanted to get off my older PC and run the software on my Apple products but even though everything says the download is available for Apple IOS it WILL NOT LOAD ONTO AN IPAD.Well this is just dumb! Come on guys get your act together for next year because I will not be using Block unless it’s compatible with the Apple IPads ! The software runs great, did my semi complicated filing in one setting both federal and state. Easy Peasy! Just need it on my iPad next year. Get Busy IT Dudes !
