I've used H&R Block software for close to 20 years. I've had rental properties income, work income, and investment income. I've used both the Federal and State programs and on the rare occasions I've had a question, their online and/or phone help has provided the answer.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I'm an experienced taxpro so I wanted to jump around and found it very aggravating. A return that would normally take less than 30 minutes took 2 hrs and I had to go elsewhere to verify the results.
