I use that product for a years and never had a problem with it. Yes you have to pay but is wort it.

I was able to complete my tax return quickly. Everything went well and I liked the ability to download 1099 and W2 information directly into the software. Only problem that I had was that it created duplicate 1099 entries and I had to delete one.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

It was so easy that I thought I did it wrong. Most of the information was added for me because I used the program last year and it added automaticly to this years forms.
