Spent all the time to complete and it says it can't be submitted/rejected by IRS. I think because it's too early to file so why does H&R let you submit it??

This woftamware sucks cost a lot and didn’t help at all I ended up owing taxes which I never do
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

Software glitched when e-filing state return

I've been using this software for years and it's generally ok. This year when I entered my credit information to e-file my state return there was a pop up about needing to run an update before I could submit. After I ran the update my credit card was charged but I wasn't able to submit the state e-file "until my federal return was accepted". I received notice today that the federal return was accepted but in order to e-file the state return I need to enter the cc information again...I need someone to contact me about a refund for the state e-file please
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
