Several years ago I switched to H&R stay program and, have been using it ever since Each year the updates made it easier to use, especially e-filing both Fed & state return. Highly recommended without reservations.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Program works great, paying for extras stinks. Had to download a second state which popped up a problem came up and stopped after I paid for it. So I downloaded it again, paying for it first like normal, this time it worked fine. When I looked at my bank account I noticed I got charged twice for the one state. After efiling the return it got rejected because of a bad birthday. Fixed that and efiled a second time and you guessed it the program charged me a second time to send the state. So I was charged twice for that as well.
