Software was unable to e file my return because of form 8962. Premium Tax Credit was not included in my e file and return was not accepted by the IRS. Your software was unable to include from 8962 with my return and I was forced to mail in my return. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for software. Customer service was of no help. Called twice and was told no update available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We've been using this software for a number of years and have found it pretty useful. Usually entire process takes 2-3 hours. Interview works well. I do wish there was a clearer way to find out what our loss carry forward is from stock sales, but really have no complaints.
I have been using H&R Block tax software for 7 years now and it's so easy, accurate as well as affordable. I've had no problems with it whatsoever. I would recommend this to anyone.

When a return is reopened, it should open exactly where the last session ended. There should be a bookmark function so a section or specific entry can be revisited. There should be a recap of the various entries actually used in the submitted return calculations. When the last year return is carried into this year, there should be a checklist of what will be required this year.
