Very good for entering income; for deductions . . . it leaves a lot to be desired. I KNOW that I do not have enough deductions to itemize them, and yet, you require me to go through them any way. Then, voilà, you tell me that the standard deduction is best for me. I recommend it, but with reservations.

Cons: Time consuming

Easy to Use, But Future Tax Planning is Confusing

Software worked great, as always. But, this was my last year of working for wages and I also wanted to use the software to game out future tax implications of converting tax-sheltered funds to after-tax accounts to enjoy lowest tax rate while calculating maximum conversion figure. The planning feature only asked for W-2 information which is not relevant. I felt the planning feature should be more flexible regarding future income sources. If I’m wrong about the software’s capabilities and just didn’t use the right method, then please contact me to show me the way. I still need the help.
