I've been using this software for the past 5 years and love it. I recommend it to everyone. Once you do it on your computer the next year you just have to enter a few numbers and you're done. It also checks your work as you go. No mistakes. Can't say enough about it!

Missing forms, moreglitches, more expensive for non- value, price too high for incredible state return. All seems to be to make more money because I think the days are numbered in taking too much money for a simple service. Already developing ways to file without software. You did make it worthwhile in past, but now on a "fixed" income in retirement, can't afford it.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
