So Simple Yet Thorough

Received the program by mail late last year. Downloading the program was easy and flawless. Since I used the program last year, all my personal information was imported to this year's program. Entered my taxable information as I received it. So easy to follow and extremely thorough. The program did all the calculations and I was done!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

I've been using this software for years and never a problem. It's easy to follow and doesn't allow for mistakes. I highly recommend it. You don't need to be computer savvy to do your own taxes with H&R Block software.

I have used H & R Block ever since Turbo Tax changed it's product and wanted me to pay more for the same products Block included. It's easy to use and I feel a better product.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

Walks you through the confusing mess of goverment

Wish I could enter and use "Cents" for all my entries. The government does when we get a refund when our tax payments round up!
I'm getting a 4K+ refund, yet you estimated I may be charged $9.00 for an "Underpayment". Explain that would you.
I like your product and have used it since 2006.
