I keep buying H&R tax software because it's the best value. It simply gets the job done, and they seem to think of everything. But it's not very intuitive and may not be the easiest to use.

I've been using this software to prepare my taxes for several years now. It is easy to navigate, and takes you through questions to determine if you need to enter something or not. I also like having the audit support just in case.

I have used this H&R product for 10years. This was the first year where I had to wait until almost the end of March for the update I needed to file. Other tax products did not have this issue.

Have been using Tax Cut/HR BLOCK since 1986 with the exception of 2 years I tried Turbo Tax. Both times I thought HRB was easier to use and definitely was a better value.

Used H&R in the past, and was always happy. This year, the updating process via the program did not work and I had to go outside the application to get updates. I hope in the future you can develop the program to be able to simply update from within the program for Mac OS.

Cons: Time consuming
