The visual layout is unappealing but doesn't really matter for such a short use product. My frustration had to do with a schedule malfunction that wouldn't allow me to claim a valid energy tax credit until it was fixed 2 weeks after my return was ready to file.

I used to love this software but this 2023 tax year is different. I had to manually figure out and fill out my son's form 8962 and attach my form 1095a to my son's tax return but you can't manually attach ANY forms at all? Why? Instead he ended up having to fill out 1040 form manually and mailing it in? This better be fixed for tax year 2024 or I will NOT buy this software from you again!
