Have used software for may years now and always find it easy and accurate to use. Being able to import the past years return helps with the standard info you need to put in. Love this software, would not imagine having to use any other.

The software helped - but H & R Block couldn't seem to get the Federal & State software updates to work for a MAC - instead having to offering a workaround. Hopefully they can resolve this annoying problem for the 2024 filing version.

When a new tax season is started, the tool will import 99% of last years data nicely, but not my bank account and routing numbers, which I have to type in twice. Also, there is no option to skip Itemization and go straight to Standard Deduction. Lastly, filling out the tool is like a conversation; tell us about this, that, and other, and the forms and calculations are in background. Getting to these actual forms during the conversation is cumbersome.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
