Your software is good but printing the return FAILS on a Mac. I had to use backdoor method to print the return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Recently I have had problems with each return. This year I was billed multiple for returns that had an incorrect activation code. I should have double checked the code, but the software prefilled it so I thought it could be trusted. Took a few weeks to straighten out.
