I wasn't impressed that you listed an institution as having downloadable 1099 forms, but your software failed to deal with the multifactor identification the institution required....someone didn't test your software very completely

I previously used TurboTax until they took away certain features and made it so you had to purchase an upgrade to use that feature. H&R has stayed the same.
