The basics of the software work okay. The trouble comes when you need a clarification in certain sections. Language was unclear regarding solar tax credits and there were zero resources available to resolve my questions. I will not use this program next tax season.
Pros: Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I am a user from Day One of HR Block Tax software, and I trust it very much and ease of use. I actually tried Turbo Tax as a test one year and did not find it as easy to use. It seemed like your marketing was weaker this year, but that did not keep me from finding your softward.
