Great tax form, would like better planning advice

I wish the current post-submission / planning tool would use the data in the current and/or previous HR block forms to provide personalized planning options. I know you can currently enter the data yourself but I think it would be easier / more accurate to pull the data for the user (and let the user adjust accordingly).
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Easy to import, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using for over ten years. User interface is the best on the market, far better than turbo tax, yuck.
Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

Had to pay extra for ca. Tax software

Ca. Software crashed and lost all my data for fed e file along with ca e file ended up mailing both! Lucky I printed my docs. Won't buy this again
Cons: Hard to fix issues, Hard to import
Pros: Easy to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this software however, I believe it is time to provide returning customers with the option of downloading the software. At the end of the tax year, I have multiple CDs that I have to throw away because I no longer have a need for them. A downloadable version can be cost effective as well as environmentally effective.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had a problem with the program.

The software dropped my taxes withheld from $1,747 to $2 and I didn't catch the mistake and I e-mailed the taxes. I had to redo the tax return and file an amended1040X return.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought program had trouble E-sending (when I DID, it CHARGED me for the FED xmission :-( - which was supposed to be FREE
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to fix issues
