The 2023 edition was one of your worst products in memory. I have been using your product and its predecessor versions since the MS-Dos versions. Never before I have seen so many errors in the Michigan state product and even in the federal 1040 product. You need a more robust quality control regimen.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used H&R Block software since 2008. I would not trust any other product. Best tool available for users who understand the tax code and for those who never have done their own taxes. The interview and questions keep the user focused on what information needs to be gathered and entered.
