I changed from Turbotax due to speed issues. Unlike Turbotax, H&R Block software boots up immediately, and it is easy to use. It costs less as well.

I like being able to do my taxes myself. I do believe you're prices are getting too high. Taxes should not be inconveniently expensive to file. Government should be offering a package!!!
