I’ve used this software six years now. The Federal portion is great, and much trusted. This year for some reason I had trouble with the State option (Ohio). There were mistakes found in both the state and local submissions. Maybe it was my mistake, but I’ve never made such in previous years. This is not a never buy again situation, but I’ve lost trust in the safeguards in future submissions. I will watch very carefully what this software does in future years.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
