I tried to submit tax return for 2 months and kept getting it rejected because software said government had not yet finalized green car credit. I checked and found this to not be true. The software was not compatible. I was told several times that the issue would be corrected within a week or so - to always be let down. I finally re-did taxes using TurboTax and submitted return with no problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Met my needs, can't get excited about tax software

Product worked as expected, which is all I ask. I have been using tax software for decades, so... One suggestion (though I suspect it isn't in your interest) at the end, let the user know they have 2 options to pay their taxes. When I had completed my taxes I was directed to a service to pay my taxes (3rd party, charged extra for the service). AFTER THAT, the program informed me I could also print a document and send it to the IRS with a check.

after using HR block software for the last decade. This year I was unable to file with their software due to them not updating their software for EV's in time. I was afraid I would run pass April 15th si I purchased Turbo Tax and it worked great. KR lied to me week after week saying updated software would be out next Friday. They said this at least 5 times.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
