Easy to understand interview questions from the software result in ready-to-file tax returns for federal and local. Free filing on federal. I wish state was the same.

I was surprised (disappointed) when I used H&R Block tax software for tax year 2023. We had Solar installed and wanted to get the fed and state tax rebates. It was able to handle the fed rebate, but unable to handle the state. I had to download the state form, fill it out, PRINT my other state forms and MAIL them. I have not mailed a stack of tax forms for 10 years. Of course it took 10 weeks to get my state rebate as a consequence. Poor.
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve been using software for years it works well but is difficult to use because of poor visual enhancing featues. I’ve shared this to you but still see no improvement.
