the software was fairly easy to use but the part about my 401K was confusing and my military retirement was taxed in Arkansas where it is not taxed.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have used this software for several years. The Federal part of the program has performed flawlessly. The Alabama state software had a problem with one of the schedules which effected main tax form. I had to override the forms for corrrect submission. Also, the update on an iMac is not seamless.
