I needed to include form 5329 to request a waiver of penalty, but the software would not allow that and also e-file. I decided to e-file without form 5329 and then mailed my 5329 form to the IRS. The IRS processed the request and refunded the penalty. I don't know why I could not file electronically with form 5329 and the software did not explain. Could be better.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

The software did not fully support all forms as advertised. This caused me to file paper forms adding security risk and delaying my refund.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
