I have purchased this software for the last several years as their competitor has kept raising their prices more and with less features. It fills my needs perfectly, with reliability. I volunteer at a VITA site and would rather use this software over the IRS contracted software.

unable to e-file 2023 return. Reason given AGI for 2021 not correct. This was a software is ue since 2022 AGI should have been used. Instructions were given but corrections did not the issue.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
