I’ve used Block for years. I like that it remembers things and pre-fills. I also like that I’ve used it on Windows and then easily moved to Mac.

I have been an HR Block tax program user for many years. It has been interesting to see the continuing improvement in the program. As a previous software writer I always strived to write from the perspective of the user of my programs. It shows that HR Block continues to follow that perspective. A program my be great but if a user can't figure why or what the program is doing, that user will not be back next time he has a need. Keep up the good work!
