Maybe it's just the Mac version, but the software had a few rough edges, and even a bug that had me stalled until a later update fixed it. (I tend to do my taxes ASAP) It gets the job done, but you get the impression that they are 'doing the minimum,' for example with the provided help text.

I have used H&RB for many years and always satisfied. But this year we had a less than positive experience, as after using their tax pro for help we received IRS letter asking for more information and despite reaching out we never heard back from the tax pro. We will switch next year.
