Before previous years it has been great but this year not good. Still waiting on my tax refund because it came back incomplete. When I sent it your software said everything was fine and it wasn’t. Very unhappy.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

Worked fine, seemed to be inclusive of all my tax idiosyncrasies. Just as with Turbo, I had a few diagnosed items that totally left me confused, so I just said ignore them, but my return was accepted. So, similar to Turbo, less exact, but much cheaper. I have a relative simple retired senior citizen return, but with brokerage gains and losses and 401k income.
I would recommend this to a friend!
