Easy to use

The software worked well once downloaded. I have used it for several years with no problems. This year however, I had great difficulty with the download. I used the live chat and after a number of attempts it worked and everything went well.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

horrible experience twice now. I will never come back. A couple of years ago you weren’t transparent in a software issue that you had. Had to find out on the news
2018 software wouldn’t update after trying every help suggestion that you had.
Had to reload on another computer and input all of information over again

Pros: Easy to install, Easy to fix issues, Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import, Fast

I always use H&R Block software - and never regret my decision. The program is easy to complete and there's always handy information available when you may need further explanation of a certain topic.

This is the 4th year in a row that we have filed using H&R Blocks software. As the title says, "Easy Peasy". So easy and simple, just about anyone can do it.

I've been using H&R Block tax software for a lot of years now and it seems each new year the program gets better and the cost does not go up or increases very little.
