The on line download instructions are not intuitive. I’ve had issues each year. Otherwise, once loaded, the software seems good.

Easy to understand and it takes you through the basics, explaining along the way if you're not familiar with the tax idea. Once you complete the federal return, the state you choose is a breeze. They walk you through everything!
