I had to buy a new computer, because it wasn't overly clear there was no support for windows 8.1. I bought the product before microsoft ended support of windows 8.1.

I’ve used this product for several years and I’ve always been happy with the results. This year, I learned from another user that there was a software issue with the treatment of Roth IRA withdrawals, and Turbo Tax provided a correct, larger tax refund. Fortunately, I don’t have a Roth, but I’m now wary of the H&R Block software. Unsure what I’ll do for 2024.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
