I've been using H&R Block online for years and almost never have any issues. I don't itemize, but I feel like my tax refunds are in my favor and accurate. Having ease of use, peace of mind and getting back everything owed to you makes this product a no brainer. Installation and registration of the product was fast and easy too. TurboTax engaged in price gouging a few years back, so I switched to H&R Block. I was pleasantly surprised that H&R Block didn't make me waste time by watching explanatory videos, but simply explains things in text. It's great for those of us that know how to read.
