I find this program easy to use. The questions guide you through the process of doing your taxes. The questions are easy to understand and if not, the extra information on the side helps with additional information. I trust that my taxes are done correctly and I'm getting an accurate refund. Thanks

The software worked well. I have used the Windows 10 version for years. Since Windows 10 will lose support the end of 2025 and my current hardware does not support Windows 11. I will be looking for a Linux edition of tax software. I’m guessing I won’t be the only one, so the company that develops the software first will be the winner.

I have been using since about 2014. The information is collected in easy-to-understand forms and then transferred to IRS forms. Repetitive information is imported from the previous year, a huge timesaver. Until 2023, I had no problem understanding what to do, but instructions for 2023 were not as clear. Still, relatively easy, and all those tax returns have been accepted by IRS. I have not compared tax preparation packages, so can't comment that way, but I would not attempt to do my taxes without a package such as yours.

I have used this company's software for more years than I can remember. I have only one gripe about the software. There is no way to obtain additional information or an online opinion when a question turns into a trick question. It always seems to yield an accurate return with that isn't question but sometimes I have to guess at the answer to a question which isn't the best way to do things.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
