I have been using your website for years but I’m not planning on again. It wouldn’t copy the information from my last return and it seemed more difficult than in the past.
Cons: Time consuming

This is the sixth year using this tax software. I've been mostly satisfied with results. I did need to call for assistance on one item that wasn't clear xas to what it needed, but while talking on the phone with support, I was able to figure out the results and gave the answer to them.

Generally the software works pretty well. However I contacted support as a calculation didn’t seem to be working right and was essentially told as long as it installs, you’re on your own. Not helpful.
