I’ve been using the H&R Block software for over 20 years. It’s easy to use. The software program is easy to follow and the are numerous questions and research that are available every step of preparing the returns. It lets you know if you qualify for credits or deductions. I use the downloaded version, not accessing the online site.

The software does a very good job of taking the user through the necessary steps to complete an accurate return. However, the tiny font size used for the interface makes it very difficult to read without putting my face very close to the screen.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
