I have been using TAXCUT for over 15 years. However, this year when I went to submit 2 returns for my adult children on 4/15/24, the servers were down. I had to scramble, print, envelope and rush to post office in the late afternoon. Not happy.

The federal return was excellent as usual but the state program (Alabama) did not compute retirement pay, which is excluded in Alabama, correctly. Usually good, but the state program required an update and then had to figure out on my own how to do something the previous programs did automatically. Hope you get it straight next year. .

No C Corp available in your Business software for individuals like you've had in the past. You've lost a long time HR customer to Turbo Tax. And BTW they are EXCELLENT on follow-up! Goodbye H&R!
