I bought this program because I had used it before but this software had too many updates and it would not work properly. I will never buy this software again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Multi state programming for e-filing is HORRIBLE!

NY non-resident & NJ resident amounts on W-2s from same employer have different gross pay amounts requiring input adjustments (addition or subtraction) TRIGGERING MANUAL STATE MAILING SUBMISSION. Why is such a common occurence an ongoing issue???
