I bought this on line early in 2024. The "Deluxe" option was applicable for my family's situation (small self-employed business, investments, income for SSA, Pensions, and Annuities). It is relatively easy to use and provides helpful information should I have any questions.

I had an issue with 2022 version and not sure if it still existed in 2023 version. In any case it cost me $10000 because I did not realize I was not withholding enough for taxes. The problem occurred in entering deductions. I entered an amount of earnings of $8000 dollars and I fat fingered taxes withheld as $10000 instead of $1000. The program did not catch the fact that I entered more taxes withheld than income coming in. I have been a software engineer for 38 years and this kind of simple error checking missing from product is inexcusable. I would recommend this product with the caveat to make sure you enter all data correctly since the program might not catch this mistake.
