I've used H&R Block for 10 or more years. It's predictable and reliable. I use the download version. I don't like the online version, as it dos not give me the flexibility to simulate tax situations for the coming year. I used to prepare tax returns as part of my profession, so I look at the forms themselves to make sure the interview answers are in the correct lines.
